The Cradle: The Cradle: Co-working provider Spaces becomes first tenant
Düsseldorf, 24th July 2019. Even before construction begins, INTERBODEN has already rented out around 50% of the premises to the leading co-working provider, Spaces. In total, Spaces will rent approximately 3,650 square meters of space on four floors in The Cradle, and will offer this for flexible use to conventional office users and startups, as well as employees and entire project teams of companies. For this purpose, approximately 3,400 square meters of office space and meeting rooms from the first to the third floor, as well as a "Business Club" with flexible co-working spaces for Spaces members of around 250 square meters, will be available.i

As a hybrid co-working provider, Spaces offers a combination of private offices, open work areas, as well as meeting and conference rooms, as well as numerous services such as rental bicycles, technical support and catering options. The focus is on the topics of work comfort, flexibility, and networking. The Business Club additionally offers modernly furnished, inspiring co-working spaces. BNP Paribas Real Estate was involved in an advisory capacity in the rental agreement between INTERBODEN and Spaces. With The Cradle, the International Workplace Group (IWG) is already renting its fourth location for its co-working concept, Spaces, in Düsseldorf.
